It looks like the end of July (Saturday the 28th) is going to be the best day for our 2nd annual blog party. We need to know who is seriously planning on coming so that we know whether to have it in my front yard again or if we need to rent out a venue!

I possibly could be home during this time. I usually come home for a little while during the summer to break up the dreaded heat, but I haven't looked at dates yet.

Yikes~! I just looked and realized that my son will be at AP camp until the 28th. Thought we would be leaving the 27th for Utah (For EFY)- but looks like we might have to rethink things now. I really want to be there. I will let you know for certain by this weekend. Sounds so fun!

Kelly said he can make arrangements to check in a day later, but that means packing 5 kids, self, and husband for a week long trip ahead of schedule... can I do that? I guess I have to, because I can't miss the party again!!

I'm always looking for a reason to come visit my sister Melinda. It would be fun to come up and go to the blog party together. I'm going to schedule that weekend for the party!
I so wish I lived even somewhat close to attend....how fun! But, alas, I have no ties to Utah at all, so unless we plan a family vacation, it isn't happening. How fun though!!!

I'll be on my was to Florida. My parents are taking my family, my brother's fam, & my sister's family on a Disney cruise for THEIR 49th wedding Anniversary.
I don't know what my plans will be, but it looks a little doubtful at this point. I will be so sad to miss it.

I was planning on washing my hair that day, but I suppose I could squeeze you in. Of course I'm there! I was so worried you were going to plan it when we were in DC at the beginning of July.
I was going to offer up my place, but it seems many have done so as well, so add me to the list of people willing to have a party at their home. I love to entertain.

P.S. I did see that Grey's episode you referenced earlier. I was FURIOUS with Ellis and her rant about being extraordinary. Then I went into panic mode thinking about Micah's brothers in law school and medical school. He has a sister starting a personal nutrition business. They just all have plans and goals and a drive to accomplish something. I want to be a mom and raise lots of kids and maybe even keep a clean house on the way. Can you get more ordinary then that?

Man! I would love to come, but we will be in Utah the first week of July, and I won't be able to come back! I am what you may call a lurker, but if their was an east coast blog party I would be inclined to try and make it.
I have to see what I can finagle. I'll already by in Utah the last 2 weeks of June helping out a friend so.. I'm not sure if I can convince my husband I need another trip. Also- he goes back into his residency so his hours will be a nightmare- which means Lulu is coming with me. Let me see.
Since the date for the Utah gathering is out for me I am so interested in the East Coast gathering.

I am going to REALLY work on it. It ends up to be the same weekend as Milo's family reunion. I'm not that into it but oh my they go crazy over it. This year my mother in law is in charge so I'm sure we'll be expected to be there the whole time (I hate expectations like that). Would it be bad for me to skip out the last day and fly down? I don't think so!
