A Conversation

Whitney: What time did you get home from book club last night?
Me: Oh I don't know, around midnight.
Whitney: Wow, how do you do that, you don't seem tired?
Me: I don't need as much sleep as you do. Kids need more sleep than adults because they're still growing and developing, I'm not.
Whitney: [Laughing] You're developing wrinkles.

**Thoughts??**

Comment Window Tidbit: We woke up to breezy cool weather this morning which feels wonderful after having several days of beasty hot temperatures...vive la difference!

I had a late night and slept in this morning. Emma came into my room and said, "What? YOU get to sleep in? I am going back to bed." Then she stumbled back downstairs. I must be developing a WHOLE lot of wrinkles.

I am told that I am 'old' almost weekly....
btw - you don't have 'wrinkles!'...

You and me both. I'm developing a bit faster than you though. Dang maturity.

Ha!

Reminds me of the conversation griffin and I had last weekend-- he informed me my hair has become so thin that my scalp shows. What a kid, huh? Then he seemed truly shocked when I said he hurt my feelings.

My hair is falling out because of my Lexapro. Nasty little side effect so I am weaning myself off. But that's a story in itself.

Huh. You never know what is going to come out of their mouths!

That picture of Whitney is stunning. She looks so grown-up!
