Guess What?!

I started taking a tap class tonight and loved it...though it proved to be way more of a workout than I thought it would be, especially because of my gimpy left ankle. I think this is going to help though. Good times! (Don't worry, I will not be wearing a leotard ever or doing recitals!)

Comment Window Tidbit: It feels a little crazy to me that I'm choosing to add one more thing to my schedule but dance is good for the soul!

Good for you! In my next life when my children are older I want to do yoga.

I love tap dancing! I hope it makes you happy. I agree with Natasha - I want to do yoga when my kids are a little older.

I agree, dance is good for the soul! I'm so excited that you're doing this! I took tap at BYU and just loved it.

Wow! Sounds like fun. Although I always feel like I have two left feet. I'm not good at dancing.

What is the POINT of a tap class if you do not participate in a recital.

Add that to my (very short) list of reasons moving from RI might not suck. I would SO come to the recital!

Couldn't you just do a little demonstration for us at book club next month? Pretty please?! ;)

That's awesome! I am a big believer in mixing it up sometimes. Tap is so fun to watch--like Richard Gere in that courtroom scene in the movie Chicago! You could be the next Richard Gere!

I haven't taken tap since I was 4.
Love that thought though...

I'm jealous! That has always been a secret desire.
